Martin's got 14 years of hands-on experience keeping residential and commercial spaces clean across Brno and the South Moravian region. He's not just managing cleaning operations—he's solving actual problems for busy professionals and property managers who need their spaces maintained to real standards. Whether it's a challenging urban apartment or a large office complex, Martin understands what works and what doesn't.

After starting as a cleaning supervisor in 2010, he worked his way up through facility management, eventually becoming a senior operations manager before joining paywise s.r.o. in 2020. He holds credentials from the Czech Chamber of Commerce in facility management and has trained over 50 cleaning professionals. What drives him is creating healthier, more functional living and working spaces—not just making things look clean, but actually making them better.

His background includes a degree in Building Facilities Management from Czech Technical University in Brno and professional certifications in eco-friendly cleaning practices and health safety standards. He's passionate about sustainable methods and regularly researches new cleaning technologies to ensure his clients get the highest standards while respecting their budgets and the environment.
